What did my kids say? @ HELP - what do I do now?

What did my kids say?

 "Can you believe what someone did? Our blocks are closed!" "This is bad- maybe it will be closed until February!" " Maybe we can put the blocks in the Kitchen center -you ask her, not me!"
From one little girl - "You boys are just so wild and you should think about making good choices or blocks will be closed until first grade or maybe March!"

HELP! When I got on my blog today, my entire blog list was gone! Is there anyway to get it all back - I mean over 200 + blogs - or I do have to add one blog at a time again! 

After Many Warnings...

We are fortunate to still have developmental centers (for play and fun- what 5 & 6 year old children should do) at the end of each day. After many warnings...the block center is now CLOSED! It is basically a crime scene - they just love to wallop each other with those foam blocks! I wonder what my precious little cherubs  will say - when they see this tomorrow morning?

Winter Fun !

We have been busy with too many assessments... now ready to have some Winter Fun! :)

101 Days of Kindergarten!

We celebrate 101 Days of school with our Kindergarten Kids! We dress up as dalmatian puppies with ears, spots, and dog collars. We present our 101 Projects, do 101 exercises, read 101 words, and eat 101 snacks! So much fun!!! :)

So excited! Mrs. Egley's Kindergarten and Tanya at Ms.Solano's Kindergarten have nominated me for The Versatile Blogger Award! Thank you so much! I love blogging -something I do on my own time. I love to share ideas - have thought about making units to sell, but not right now - there are already so many great units to choose from and I work much to slow! :)

Seven things about myself:

1. I have been teaching a long time- for about 23 years! Many days, I still feel like a new teacher. Every year is so different and has unique challenges.
2. I have 3 children ( ages 23, 17, and 14) and lots of stepchildren!
3. I remarried 5 years ago to the best guy ever! He has the greatest heart!
4. I live in the most beautiful place and only 5 minutes away from the marsh and the beach! Paradise!
5. Technology does not come easy to me - I really have to work at it and I still struggle at times!
6. My middle son has Aspergers - sometimes it is tough, but he is a love! I have a special place in my heart for kids that do not always "fit in the box!"
7. I love to read real books, bake, create things, and walk on the beach. Pinterest is my new passion! :)
